The context

TMFORCE is the FORCE counterpart used by TM Unifi’s internal team. It is still on Webix.js while the Angular version is being developed. Like FORCE, the system supports workforce operations such as job scheduling, field-team tracking, attendance visibility, communication, reporting, and operational dashboards; the modernisation work focuses on carrying that internal workflow into a newer Angular frontend.

What I contributed

  • Worked on TMFORCE, the workforce platform used internally by TM Unifi.
  • Maintained and understood the existing Webix.js experience while contributing to the Angular version in development.
  • Helped translate existing workforce workflows into a more modern frontend structure.

The outcome

  • Kept the current Webix.js platform story clear while the Angular version continues in development.
  • Supported the frontend modernisation path for TM Unifi’s internal workforce operations.
